At Scarpa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
